i appreciated the doorteam especially moses hadi masswell chdi and franklyn they were very kind people i found them helpful i am grateful i met them. i want to mention sunita i found her helpful and kind at the pool it was wonderful there. the hotel had modern rooms i liked the excellent facilities
it was a nightmare of noise and dust all the time i think these rooms should have an extra discount maybe. the beach did not have enough sunbeds i had to join the early-morning towel race just to get a spot

The staff was super kind! Chris by the pool was great. He checked if we needed anything all the time and he was so great with the children. Fabrizio greeted us every time we returned. He struck up lively football conversations with my boys. I highly recommend this hotel! We had an amazing holiday and I already can't wait to return.

dark hotelbig hairball
the hotel seemed very dark to me i did not like that. upon entering the room, there was a big hairball on the floor this was disgusting. they offered a different room after i complained but it took a while. i was too tired to switch since i had arrived late around 10 pm.
