Very nice Experience at This Palm Jewel!
helpful staff fast check-in quick valet hard-working pool staff
The staff was kind and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. The valet people were quick taking care of the cars. The pool staff worked hard, especially in the heat. I appreciate them!!!

The hotel has immediate beach access. Taxis were always readily available, largely thanks to the helpful door captain. This made exploring nearby attractions convenient and stress-free.

The breakfast had a nice selection with many choices. I could order eggs at a station cooked exactly how I wanted them. They were brought to my table, this personalized service greatly enhanced the breakfast experience.

The gym had nice equipment with multiple options for exercise. The pool was very clean, contributing to a pleasant and relaxing environment. This allowed for refreshing swims and lounging in a well-kept space.

kind people helpful staff modern rooms noise problem sunbed shortage
i appreciated the doorteam especially moses hadi masswell chdi and franklyn they were very kind people i found them helpful i am grateful i met them. i want to mention sunita i found her helpful and kind at the pool it was wonderful there. the hotel had modern rooms i liked the excellent facilities
it was a nightmare of noise and dust all the time i think these rooms should have an extra discount maybe. the beach did not have enough sunbeds i had to join the early-morning towel race just to get a spot

The W, Simply Excellent!!!
kind staff great chris lively conversation amazing holiday
The staff was super kind! Chris by the pool was great. He checked if we needed anything all the time and he was so great with the children. Fabrizio greeted us every time we returned. He struck up lively football conversations with my boys. I highly recommend this hotel! We had an amazing holiday and I already can't wait to return.

dark hotel big hairball
the hotel seemed very dark to me i did not like that. upon entering the room, there was a big hairball on the floor this was disgusting. they offered a different room after i complained but it took a while. i was too tired to switch since i had arrived late around 10 pm.
